Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PandaBuilt.US ("PandaBuilt", "we"), the operator of MediaLock at pandabuilt.us/medialock. By creating an account or using MediaLock you agree to them.

1. The service

MediaLock lets creators ("you") upload videos, audio and files, protect them with encryption, and offer access to viewers on terms you set. We provide the software and hosting; you decide what to publish and how to price it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give a valid email address.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or business per account. Don't share or resell accounts.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through PayPal, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime in Plan & Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial-month refunds unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before new uploads pause. Your published content stays online.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• There are no overage charges. Reaching a plan limit only stops new uploads.

4. Your sales and your buyers

Your buyers pay you directly through the payment account you connect (PayPal, Stripe, Venmo or Cash App). PandaBuilt doesn't take a commission and isn't a party to those sales. You're responsible for:

• your prices;
• delivering what you sell;
• refunds and disputes with your buyers;
• taxes;
• following your payment provider's rules.

Venmo and Cash App payments are confirmed by you manually. Approve only payments you have actually received.

5. Your content

• You keep all rights to your content. You give us only the permission needed to store, encrypt and deliver it to the viewers you authorize.
• You must own your content or have the right to sell it.
• You may not upload content that is illegal; infringes someone else's rights; sexually exploits minors; is non-consensual intimate imagery; promotes violence or terrorism; or is malware.
• We don't review content in advance, but we may remove content or close accounts that break these rules, and we'll cooperate with lawful requests.

6. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on MediaLock infringes your copyright, email dubes14@gmail.com with:

• the work you own;
• the MediaLock link;
• your contact details;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them;
• your signature.

We remove infringing content promptly and close accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Protection limits

MediaLock encrypts content and checks every play against its license server, but no online protection can stop someone filming or screen-recording their screen. Files a viewer is allowed to download become ordinary files once downloaded. We don't promise that content can never be copied.

8. Availability and backups

We work to keep MediaLock available and back it up regularly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of everything you upload.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using MediaLock at any time; email us to delete your account and content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don't pay, after notice where reasonable.

10. Liability

MediaLock is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, PandaBuilt isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Questions: dubes14@gmail.com.
