Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MediaLock (operated by PandaBuilt.US) collects and why. We don't sell personal information.

Creators (account holders)

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never see your actual password.
• Payout settings: the payment details you enter (PayPal/Stripe keys, Venmo handle, Cash App tag). Secret keys are stored encrypted and used only to process your buyers' payments.
• Subscription: your plan and PayPal subscription ID. Card and bank details stay with PayPal; we never receive them.
• Your content: stored encrypted on our server and delivered only to viewers you authorize.

Viewers (people unlocking a creator's content)

• The email address you enter, which access option you used, when, and how many times you viewed. This is shared with the creator whose content you unlocked, as their audience list.
• Your browser's identifier (user agent), used only to keep your license tied to your device.
• Payments go directly to the creator's PayPal, Stripe, Venmo or Cash App. We don't receive your card details.

Site analytics

MediaLock pages use PandaBuilt's own analytics: page views, time on page, scroll depth and clicks. We use it to improve the service. It isn't shared with advertisers.

Emails

We send account emails (confirmation, password reset, billing notices). We don't send marketing email without your consent.

Storage, retention and security

• Data is stored on our server in the United States, protected by encryption and HTTPS.
• When an account is deleted, its content and data are removed from the live system; backups roll off within 14 days.
• Viewer records are kept while the creator's account exists.

Your choices

Email dubes14@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your information. Viewers can also ask the creator to remove them from their list.
